Thank you for visiting our site. We are a residential building contractor specializing in additions, new homes, and extensive remodels. Wasco continues to focus heavily in the remodeling of many of the condominiums and hotels in the Waikiki areas as well. Building requires a lot of planning and information. Wasco Builders LLC., a family
owned General Contractor, specializes in constructing new custom homes, various
types of remodeling and performs other major home improvements such as kitchens,
bathrooms, family rooms etc. We also have done numerous commercial projects and
intend to expand this division over the next few years. We measure our success
by level of customers' satisfaction, not by number of projects. Although 
we are
general contractors, we do much of our work in-house,such as millwork,
carpentry, painting, drywall, most site-work etc. to allow us to maintain a high
standard of quality control and cost.
Quality Service
We'll work closely with you and your architect. If you don't have one, we can
recommend one that's right for your job. We can manage a full turnkey (finished)
project or help you with a partial completion.

understanding of the building AND bidding process. This minimizes the need for
