Kobe Bowl 1999
- Bowling tournament put on by Kobe for the past
two years.
- 20 Corporate teams participated in the event,
and all the proceeds go toward Kobe's selected charities. Corporate Sponsors
included: Athlete Direct, In-N-Out Burger, GTE, adidas,Nintendo. Mattel,
Viking Components, Los Angeles Lakers, Fox Sports West, Spalding, Coke/Sprite,
Salomon Smith Barney, Salvino Bears, ESPNstore.com, FIJI Water and Columbia
Records.
- 32 Celebrity Guests including Cindy Crawford,
'N SYNC, Penny Marshall, Gabrielle Reece, Alyssa Milano, Jay Leno,
Tyrese and Lorenzo Lamas.
- All proceeds of the tournament go to Kobe's
three principal charities.
