These are some trip highlights from our "Volleyball Vacations" in paradise:

Friday, Jan 5 ~ Arrivals all day and late night
          Meet Kevin @ lobby in Waikiki Tower Hotel - 8:30pm
          Introductions, Cocktails @ Outrigger Canoe Club - 9:00pm
          * The W Hotel bar (dress code enforced), cover charge

Saturday, Jan 6 ~ 9:30am - 1pm - Open Play
          1:30 - 2:30pm - Passing Clinic
          Go over schedule for the week / Orientation
          Meet in lobby @ 4:10pm for pickup to Star Honolulu Dinner Cruise

Sunday, Jan 7 ~ 9:30am - 1pm - Open Play
          12:00 - 1:00pm - Setting clinic / go over approach for hitting
          * Dukes Restauarant / Local music / Sunset drinks

Monday, Jan 8 ~ 10 - 11am - Serving clinic / go over hitting control to partner
          11am - Optional tournament / Open Play
          1:50pm - pick up in lobby for Polynesian Cultural Center
          Return back to hotel from Polynesian Cultural Center around 11pm

Tuesday, Jan 9 ~ 10 - 11am - Hitting Clinic / Blocking technique
          11 - 11:30am Pro Exhibition (Women's)
          11:30am - Open Play
          * 7pm - Meet at lobby. Walk to Keo's Restaurant.

Wednesday, Jan 10 ~ 10 - 11am - Defense / Down and Dirty Digging
          Go over Pro drills / Digging and Converting
          11am - 12pm Pro Exhibition (Men's)
          12pm - Open Play
          4:15pm - pick up in lobby for Germaines Luau

Thursday, Jan 11 ~ 10am - 1pm - King & Queen of the Beach Tourney
          3pm - Awards Ceremony
          * 4pm - Catamaran Ride
          * 7pm - Meet in lobby. Walk to Shorebirds Restauranat for dinner.

Friday, Jan 12 ~ Departure Day all day... Alohas to All... Til We Meet Again...
         My local friends, Jenny, Scot & Ty, take Lynn, Shannon, and I to the North Shore
         where we were fortunate enough to catch the Eddie Aikau Memorial Surf meet...

Note: All volleyball was played at Queen's Beach,
         located on the corner of Kalakaua Ave. and Kapahulu in Waikiki.
